Welcome to English Lifetime. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
English Lifetime is an online Spoken English training platform based in Bangladesh. All classes are conducted online through Zoom and related communication platforms.
2. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
- Course schedules are shared through WhatsApp or official communication channels.
- Students must join classes on time and follow class guidelines.
3. Course Access
- Paid students will receive access to live classes, practice sessions, and course materials.
- Class recordings and PDF notes (if applicable) will be shared for learning purposes only.
- Course materials must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain respectful behavior during live sessions.
- Avoid disruptive activities in class or groups.
- Use course groups only for educational purposes.
English Lifetime reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules.
5. Refund Policy
All course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
However:
- If a student is unable to complete a batch for valid reasons, we may allow transfer to the next available batch (subject to approval).
- Free courses do not involve any payment and therefore do not qualify for refunds.
6. Certificate Policy
Certificates are provided upon successful completion of the course requirements and attendance criteria.
7. Limitation of Liability
English Lifetime provides educational training services. We do not guarantee specific job placement, exam scores, or income results.
Individual progress depends on personal effort and practice.
8. Changes to Courses
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course schedules
- Update course content
- Change batch timings
Students will be informed in advance whenever possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, notes, and materials are the intellectual property of English Lifetime.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
